Thicker than typical coatings will protect and extend the life of stress induced parts.
We are able to envelop a part body and fill a cavity that (once consolidated) will provide any target thickness of material. The additive process diffuses with the substrate to achieve a diffusion bonded intermediate layer that wont break under stress.
